Responsibilities

• Offer exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding various financial products and services.
• Address customer inquiries, process transactions, and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure cohesive and efficient customer support.
• Keep informed about financial products, services, and market trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, promoting loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the financial sector.
• Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time in a remote or office setting.
