Patrique Mercier Recruitment is currently seeking Dutch speakers residing in Greece for Customer Service roles that can be done remotely from home. This exciting opportunity allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing exceptional customer service to clients.

As a Dutch-speaking Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will act as the main point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, helping them with their questions and concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and support to Dutch-speaking clients
• Address customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat
• Ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
• Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
• Follow-up on customer feedback to ensure customer satisfaction

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
• Ability to multitask and handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Ability to work independently and effectively from home
• Valid EU passport or ID
