Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Digital Marketing Leadership: Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to achieve quarterly and annual objectives, focusing on brand visibility and lead generation.
- Paid Advertising Management: Oversee Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok campaigns to optimize performance, improve conversion rates, and reduce cost-per-acquisition.
- Content & SEO Strategy: Lead SEO initiatives and content development efforts to boost organic traffic and enhance online visibility.
- Lead Magnets & Campaign Optimization: Create and manage lead magnets to capture high-quality leads and nurture them through the sales funnel.
- Cross-Channel Marketing: Coordinate omni-channel campaigns that integrate social media, paid ads, and content to maximize reach and engagement.
- Performance Analytics & Reporting: Leverage data insights to assess campaign effectiveness, refine strategies, and drive continuous improvement.
- Team Collaboration & Leadership: Oversee the marketing team, mentor junior staff, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales initiatives, although direct sales experience is a plus but not a requirement.

Requirements:
- Experience: 10-12 years in senior digital marketing roles, with a focus on paid advertising and content strategy.
- Paid Ads Expertise: Hands-on experience with platforms like Facebook Ads, YouTube Ads, and TikTok.
- SEO & Content Proficiency: Demonstrated success in executing SEO and content marketing initiatives.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
- Analytical Skills: Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to refine strategies.
- Sales Collaboration: Experience supporting sales teams is a plus but not a mandatory requirement.
What Does a Typical Day Look Like?
You will start your day by reviewing ongoing ad campaigns, analyzing data insights, and optimizing strategies based on performance metrics. Mid-day, you’ll focus on coordinating content and SEO initiatives while collaborating with the marketing team to plan new campaigns. Afternoons are reserved for aligning with the sales team on lead management and ensuring cross-channel strategies are cohesive.
