Pavago is seeking a versatile and detail-oriented Executive Assistant with a strong background in marketing and design to support our client's leadership team. This role is pivotal in managing executive schedules, streamlining internal communications, and contributing creatively to marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, a knack for creative design, and proficiency in marketing tools and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Executive Support: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for senior leadership. Prepare agendas, take detailed meeting notes, and handle follow-up communications.
- Marketing Design & Coordination: Assist with the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and social media content. Utilize graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) to design branded content.
- Project Management: Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. Act as a liaison between marketing, design, and executive teams.
- Email & CRM Management: Support email campaigns and customer relationship management (CRM) activities. Assist in managing client outreach, nurturing leads, and tracking engagement metrics.
- Administrative Support: Handle documentation, maintain records, and ensure efficient file management. Assist with ad-hoc tasks to support the operations and marketing teams.

Throughout the day, you will manage email marketing campaigns, assist with CRM data updates, and track project progress. In the afternoon, you may review marketing materials for upcoming campaigns or brainstorm creative ideas to enhance brand engagement.
Requirements:
- Experience: 3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Marketing Coordinator.
- Technical Proficiency : Strong design skills with proficiency in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience: in email marketing and CRM tools.
- Abilities: Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
