- Design and deliver APIs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Use Agile methodologies to incrementally deliver features.
- Define and track success metrics aligned with business outcomes.
- Communicate complex banking concepts to diverse audiences.
- Equip sales, support, and operations teams with banking capabilities.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Additional certifications in Product Management or Fintech are a plus
