Our client is a fast-growing $3M seed-funded B2B SaaS startup revolutionizing how event professionals source and book venues. Their platform streamlines and simplifies event booking management in real time for event planners, hospitality professionals, and DMOs. Their platform is also used by 150K+ hotels including industry leaders such as Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt.

This is an exciting growth opportunity - our client plans to double their team headcount and expand their customer base beyond Europe and North America.

Job Description

This is an exciting role with Leadership opportunities in a high-growth SaaS company. You know how to come in at a company in the Product-Market Fit phase and take it to the next level.

As a Product Manager, you will play a key role in shaping the future of our client’s platform by driving the product roadmap, conducting user research, and delivering impactful features that meet customer needs. You’ll collaborate closely with the founders and cross-functional teams to prioritize initiatives, develop solutions, and ensure a great user experience.

This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to make informed decisions. If you thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and are excited to help transform this company, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Product Roadmap Development: Collaborate with the CTO and CEO/Product Owner to build and maintain a product roadmap aligned with company goals and user needs.
     
  • Feature Prioritization: Work closely with leadership to validate ideas and recommend features for inclusion in the roadmap.
     
  • User Research: Conduct user interviews, analyze support threads, and participate in Customer Advisory Board meetings to inform product decisions and prioritize features.
     
  • Data-Driven Feature Validation: Design and implement experiments to validate product hypotheses and track success metrics to measure product performance and user satisfaction.
     
  • Feedback Loop - Feature Prioritization: Create and maintain feedback loops to ensure user needs and pain points inform product development. Prove it works and people love it!
     
  • Market Research: Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve product-market fit and enhance revenue potential.
     
  • Tool and Process Recommendations: Evaluate and implement tools for roadmap management, analytics, and feedback collection.

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience.
     
  • Proven expertise in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery.
     
  • Proven success working with a multisided product to create feedback loops for multiple different audiences. 
     
  • Experimental with the ability to monetize product market fit for multiple audiences.
     
  • Skilled in user research methodologies and data analysis to inform product decisions.
     
  • Familiarity with AI tools to support product roadmaps, feature backlogs and prioritization, adoption, and experimentation. Product analytics and user feedback loop tools/processes.
     
  • Background in B2B event services or the hospitality industry is a bonus.
     
  • Strong project management abilities with experience handling multiple projects simultaneously.
     
  • Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and product-led growth strategies.
     
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset.
     
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts, through verbal and written mediums.
     
  • Self-motivated and excels at managing product initiatives, prioritizing features, and leveraging data to drive decisions.

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
