Share best practices and ideas with senior leadership while listening to their ideas to shape into our strategy.• Evaluate, improve and execute on existing processes to ensure changes to products and tools are understood and associates are enabled through communication, documentation and training methods.• Directly manage associates on the customer experience communications & change management team and develop them to their full potential.• Manage all aspects of our in-person and virtual leadership and associate meetings such as town halls, manager enablement, and leadership strategy gatherings.• Ensure regular, quality delivery of newsletters and internal emails by sourcing content from various groups and leveraging current communications applications, working in partnership with Paycor’s corporate communications and CX leadership.• Regularly measure the success of our communications and identify areas for opportunity, ensuring we act from the insights gathered.• Empowers team to manage distribution lists, PowerPoint decks, meeting invites, surveys, rewards and recognition gifts, newsletters, and other important tasks.RequirementsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.• 5+ years in internal communications, change management, operations enablement, or related field.• 4-year degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred.• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence the outcomes of others both directly and indirectly and proven experience working with senior leadership of an organization.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to work effectively with senior leaders of the organization.• Strong organizational and operational skills and ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.• Strong writing skills with ability to write engaging and professionally worded communications.• Experience working in a virtual or remote work environment preferred.Paycor Total RewardsTake Care of Each Other is one of our Guiding Principles and it’s something we actively pursue through the benefits we offer. We anticipate the base pay for this position to be between $98,370-167,946. In addition to base pay, Paycor Associates are eligible for either a performance-based annual bonus or commission, depending on their position.
