Scheduling is currently working on some of the most critical products at Paylocity.We are on a mission to improve workplace happiness and reduce turnover by increasingmanager efficiency and empowering employees to take more control of their work andlives.Scheduling's technical footprint covers a breadth of areas some examples are:• Recently upgraded front end to ReactJS for Supervisor and Employeeexperiences• An API first strategy to deliver integrations and experiences outside of theScheduling domain• Near real time communication with front end experiences throughWebSockets• Backend asynchronous processing engine to provide scalable experiences forclients• CQRS and Vertical Slice Architecture• Domain Events consumed by RabbitMQ/SNS/SQS• Main languages and frameworks are C#/.NET and ReactWho You AreEngineering is the function that applies principles and techniques of engineering,mathematics, and computer/data science to the design, development, and testing ofapplications. React JS preferred.Must be proficient in object-oriented design and development and unit-testing, WebServices, and web pages using ASP.NET and/or ASP.NET MVC with C#• Should be familiar with Systems Architecture and developer tools• Experience with unit testing and integration test automation• Must be adaptable to change and have a willingness to learn• Must have a strong sense of curiosity• Must commit to their role and take responsibility for their tasks• Must be able to work effectively in an agile and team environment• Must be effective and creative in problem solvingPaylocity is an equal-opportunity employer. The pay range for this position is $75,000- $146,189yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
