Launch your career with us!Position Overview:This role is responsible for leading initiatives to drive and improve digital adoption of Paylocity’s CRM and related sales tools across the sales organization. This role will also continuously evaluate and enhance sales processes with Paylocity’s sales tools to ensure clean data and accurate sales reporting, allowing sales leadership to effectively manage and boost sales productivity.Primary Responsibilities:The below represents the primary duties of the position, others may be assigned as needed. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Knowledge and Application:• Lead efforts to develop and execute strategies to maximize tool utilization and effectiveness to drive the adoption.• Make informed decisions regarding sales processes to enhance efficiency and productivity. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior sales leadership.• Drive the evaluation of new sales technologies and business processes to support and drive revenue growth.• Provide strategic insights and feedback on the Go To Market roadmap on and effective use of CRM and related sales tools across the sales organization.Complexity and Problem Solving:• Lead the analysis and evaluation of digital adoption performance in Salesforce.com and related technologies. Serve as the expert for workflow strategy and template/ cadence building and is the liaison between reps, leaders and admins.• Establish and refine key adoption metrics for regular inspection and reporting to leadership.• Independently conduct complex analysis to identify and develop strategic solutions to resolve data and process gaps. Partner with senior sales leadership and L&D to solicit feedback and implement comprehensive solutions.Collaboration and Interaction:• Partner with marketing and sales enablement managers to build content and messaging to drive demand and increased funnel.• Align newly launched campaigns and messaging with Sales Managers / Enablement• Collaborate regularly with senior sales leadership to review digital adoption performance, data integrity, and sales process disciplines.• Develop and share advanced best practices in Salesforce.com and other related sales enablement tools to improve data quality.• Partner with senior sales leadership and other key stakeholders to define and implement advanced business processes and sales enablement tool training programs.Education and Experience:• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required• 5+ years’ experience in Sales Enablement or Sales Operations required• Strong understanding of the day-to-day life of sales, including the stages of the sales process, buyer personas and tools that help reps be effective in their roles• Experienced with Salesforce.com or similar CRM technologies required• Experienced with deal management/sales cadence technologies such as Salesloft and Outreach required• Strong aptitude for learning new technologies and leveraging tools• Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skillsPaylocity is an equal-opportunity employer. The pay range for this position is $75,500 - $130,000/yr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant based on individual performance in addition to a full range of benefits outlined here.
