Gather business requirements and build consensus around business processes and design while maintaining a best practice approach.
Configure the NEOGOV solutions, demonstrate the configurations through building prototype systems, testing and best practices guidance.
Partner with internal and external partners to ensure cross-functional needs are met; develop and convey a clear understanding of the unique needs to various audiences.
Identify and implement system improvement and process improvement opportunities in NEOGOV HRIS suite (HR, Payroll, Time/Attendance).
Maintain and monitor project plans, issues logs, status reports, and other project risk factors..
Execute daily operations for assigned implementations, including project plans, schedules, time tracking, case and phone routing, health check delivery, etc.
Execute support, deployments (implementations) and best practice coaching for small-mid size customers.
Track support level and customer satisfaction metrics; Ensure the support SLA's are being achieved and exceeded; Identify opportunities to improve metrics and team efficiencies.
Conduct quality & product usage checks to ensure customer & product satisfaction expectations are being satisfied for customers and that a high level of service is being delivered.
Serve as a coach, mentor, knowledge resource, and escalation point for customers and support representatives.
Participating in annual training, NEOGOV’s Annual Conference, industry events, and face-to-face customer meetings (Travel - 10%)
