Heap is looking for a Payroll Manager. In this role you will Implement, maintain, and review payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. The transactions will include salaries, benefits, garnishments, taxes, and other deductions. You will also ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates. The Payroll Manager at Heap is responsible for recording general ledger activity and reconciliations. The right person for the role is an excellent collaborator and who works very well with other teams in the compensation process including People Operations, Commissions Analyst and the accounting team.
