What You Will Be Doing

What You Need for this Position

• High school diploma required (Associates preferred)
• 2+ years experience in similar position with construction company (or similar)
• Working knowledge of Excel, Quickbooks Enterprise, Raken, Asana, LCP Tracker, B2G Now, LNI Prevailing Wage Site, Textura, GC Pay, Procore, etc.
• Detail oriented
• Excellent computer & math skills
• Experience in Prevailing Wage & Union Wages
• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
• Understanding of PLA's, CWA's & WA Prevailing Wage laws
• Understanding of liens and bonding for public works jobs preferred
