PC Technician

Our client has a brand new opportunity for a PC Technician to join their team onsite in Seattle, WA.

Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:

• Driving systems uptime
• Performing daily systems testing
• Opening, managing, and closing / escalating incidents in Service Now
• Repairing and building hardware and systems
• Monitoring incident and preventative maintenance queue
• Training, shadowing, and continuously improving
• Providing service / assistance and responding to incidents in a timely fashion

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2+ years of IT experience
• Experience with Windows, Mac, iOS environment, and proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
• A+ certification is a plus
• Must be reliable and punctual
• Must be a team player
• Must be able to follow directions and be dependable
• Great verbal and written communication skills
• Must be mechanically inclined
• Must be able to lift up to 60lbs
• Will be working with basic set of tools

$28.00 per hour
