PC&L Manager

Ensure employees adhere to all department and plant safety protocols
Meet plant inventory goals, maintain accurate inventories, and complete planned cycle counts
Ensure the proper parts are available to meet the production plan
Ensure the production plan is created to meet customer ship windows, and inventories
Manage all outbound and inbound transportation
Support new program launches
Complete all required weekly and monthly reports
Perform internal audits
Maintain, modify, and improve departmental procedures
Manage supplier scheduling activities
Ensure indirect material is available to support engineering and maintenance operations
Monitor customer schedules and create manufacturing forecast plans
Salary Range 120K-150K
