Role Overview:
GasBuddy, a leading mobile app with over 100M+ downloads and previously ranked #1 in the travel and leisure category, is seeking a talented Senior Brand and CRM Manager to join our dynamic team. As we embark on a period of significant growth, we're looking for a strategic thinker to lead our brand management efforts and support our CRM initiatives.
Key Responsibilities | Brand Management (primary focus)- Design and execute brand strategies that drive user growth, strengthen GasBuddy’s market position, and increase brand recognition, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
- Execute brand campaigns, ensuring consistent brand representation across all B2C touchpoints, including mobile apps, websites, social media, and marketing communications. Collaborate closely with B2B teams to maintain alignment in messaging.
- Collaborate with product, business, and creative teams to integrate brand guidelines into all user interactions and experiences, ensuring a cohesive brand identity.
- Develop, track and analyze brand performance metrics, identifying opportunities to enhance brand perception and relevance. Adjust strategies based on data insights to meet evolving market needs.
- Lead brand refresh initiatives and campaigns, collaborating with internal teams to ensure relevance and appeal to target audiences.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services Team to evolve and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines, ensuring adherence across all departments and external partners.
Key Responsibilities | CRM Management (secondary focus)- Work with fellow CRM team members, marketing operations and BI teams to design and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing programs to engage users from acquisition through retention and advocacy.
- Develop personalized, brand-aligned user journeys using our Salesforce and Snowflake MarTech stack.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of CRM strategies that reinforce brand values and enhance user loyalty.
- Ensure that CRM initiatives support and strengthen the overall brand positioning.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify trends and insights that can drive personalized marketing efforts and improve retention and conversion rates.
- Manage and deliver internal and external projects while managing stakeholder relationships and communications.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, related field, or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
- 7+ years of experience in Brand and CRM management, with a strong understanding of mobile app ecosystems and user behavior.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Experience with Salesforce, Snowflake, and other MarTech platforms.
- Proven track record of successful brand management, preferably in the mobile app or tech industry.
- Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce and Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and mobile app ecosystems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
