Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Household Management: Oversee the day to day operations of the estate, including coordinating repairs and maintenance, scheduling property inspections, and ensuring the property is kept in pristine condition. Familiar with building maintenance and systems.
- Interpersonal and Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team, ensuring high performance, teamwork, and professionalism.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, including landscapers, maintenance personnel, and security providers. Coordinate their schedules, supervise their work, and ensure timely completion of projects. Verification of state license and tracking of COI’s.
- Financial Management: Budget planning and management, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and preparing financial reports. Work closely with the Principal to ensure financial objectives are being met.
- Comprehensive Reporting: Detailed overview of all activity on property, forecast of upcoming work, calendar schedule of all work, status of building systems operability and requests for approvals.
- Staff Management: Oversee the scheduling and supervision of domestic staff, such as housekeepers, gardeners, and security personnel. Provide guidance, training, and support to maintain high standards of performance.
- House Manual: Create and maintain the house manual utilizing property management software. Comprehensive documentation of all building systems, appliances, and FFE.
- Perform Monthly Home Inspections: visual inspection of property performed monthly, documenting conditions and identifying issues which require action.
- This is a client facing role that requires white glove service and world class etiquette. The position requires you to travel to multiple properties weekly and you will otherwise work from home.
Required Experience and Skills- 5-7 years experience in estate management, property management, or a related field.
- Bachelor’s degree

- You enjoy fast paced environments and will approach all tasks little and small with a can do attitude. No job is too big or too small.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Attention to detail is crucial for ensuring high quality property management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with a variety of stakeholders, including staff, vendors, tenants, and guests.
- Ability to lead and provide guidance, mentorship, and supervision to domestic staff members and vendors. Experience in managing a team is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address operational challenges and find effective solutions. Must demonstrate strong analytical and critical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exhibit professionalism and ethical behavior in handling sensitive information and dealing with high-profile individuals.
- Willingness to adapt to changing situations, work extended hours as needed, and be available for occasional weekend and evening work during events or emergencies.
- Proficient in computer applications such as Google Suites, Salesforce, MS Office, WhatsApp and property management software is necessary.
- High emotional intelligence, ability to read a room and manage numerous personalities.
- Operate in an empathic, collaborative, and rigorous manor.
- Ability to respond to Peak team members, external team members and clients quickly.
$75,000 - $125,000 a year
The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position. Individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
