Marketing Specialist (for AI Consulting Firm)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours.

Job Type: Full-time.

Salary Range: Competitive salary.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EST

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in Latam and Philippines.

Role Overview:

As a Marketing Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving the brand and growth strategy, increasing awareness, engagement, and lead generation within the AI and tech sectors. You’ll be instrumental in leading marketing initiatives, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistency across all marketing touchpoints. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and AI, and eager to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your efforts will directly contribute to expanding the brand presence and positioning in the market. By driving high-quality digital campaigns, engaging content, and impactful social media strategies, you’ll help position the consulting firm as a leader in the AI and tech industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Creation & Management
    • Develop high-quality content for blogs, case studies, social media, email newsletters, and thought-leadership articles.
    • Collaborate with AI consultants to create educational and engaging content about company’s offerings.
    • Manage content calendars and ensure timely, relevant, and brand-consistent communication.
  2. Digital Marketing Campaigns
    • Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads, social media ads, and email marketing campaigns.
    • Implement SEO and SEM strategies to improve search visibility and drive qualified traffic.
    • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and SEMRush.
  3. Social Media Management
    • Develop and maintain a strong social media presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
    • Engage with the community, respond to comments, and ensure interactions reflect the company’s objectives.
    • Grow followers and engagement with targeted, visually appealing content.
  4. Market Research & Trend Analysis
    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and audience preferences.
    • Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and keep the company ahead of industry trends.
  5. Brand Strategy & Management
    • Ensure marketing materials align with the company's brand standards and messaging.
    • Develop branding materials, including brochures, pitch decks, and trade show assets.
    • Work closely with the design team to create visually compelling marketing assets.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in AI, tech, or consulting industries.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with a portfolio demonstrating content creation.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent project management skills with experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Passion for AI and technology, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for a broad audience.
