Operations Associate (US Based - Modular Architecture)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote, IST working hours.

Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor

Salary Range: Based on performance and experience.

Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, flexible to accommodate IST and MST time zones.

Locations: Remote, open to candidates in the Philippines

Holiday Adherence: US Holidays

PTO Entitlement: 10 days PTO annually, in addition to standard public holidays and sick leave.

Role Overview:

As the Operations Associate, you will be a critical part of our operations, working across multiple departments and driving cross-functional projects. You’ll collaborate with the CEO and department heads to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute directly to the growth and scalability of the business.

Your Impact:

Your role will streamline operational processes, enhance company efficiency, and facilitate seamless communication across all business units. Through your efforts, you will contribute to optimizing the overall performance and ensuring smooth execution of strategic projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently across sales, marketing, HR, and product development.
2. Project Management
• Lead cross-functional projects using tools like Asana, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
3. Executive Support
• Assist the CEO in managing schedules, setting priorities, and driving strategic initiatives.
4. Process Improvement
• Identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and recommend improvements to enhance productivity.
5. Vendor and Stakeholder Management

• Act as a liaison between internal teams and external vendors, ensuring smooth business relationships.

Must-Have:

• 5+ years of experience in project management or operations in a tech company or startup.
• Experience supporting C-level executives in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-Have:

• Familiarity with CRM tools like Pipedrive, Chili Piper, or similar.
