Work Arrangement: Fully remote, overlapping EST working hours.
Job Type: Full-time, Independent Contractor.
Salary Range: Up to $2500 based on experience.
Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, with core hours between 9 AM – 6 PM EST.
Locations: Remote, open to candidates in LATAM and Philippines.

Role Overview
As a QA Automation Engineer, you’ll be instrumental in driving customer success by delivering robust, automated test solutions using TypeScript and Playwright. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge LLM-powered tools, supporting customers with onboarding, ongoing test maintenance, and test execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Test Automation
- Onboard new customers and maintain existing test automation with AI-powered tools.
- Analyze customer needs to prioritize test coverage and accuracy.
- Configure CI/CD integrations (e.g., GitHub Actions, Docker) for test execution.
- Test Reliability and Maintenance
- Triage test failures to meet SLAs (<1 business day), identifying and resolving issues effectively.
- Support customers during test execution, troubleshooting, and result interpretation.
- Tool and Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the engineering team to enhance test generation and maintenance tools.
- Document and refine customer workflows for scalable support and efficiency.
- Knowledge Sharing and Documentation
- Document custom solutions and technical details for seamless customer support.
- Contribute to onboarding materials to ensure team alignment and growth.
Must-Have
- +2 years in software engineering or automation testing roles.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, Playwright, CI/CD pipelines, and Docker.
- Experience in web automation testing and API integration.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Nice-to-Have
- Prior experience in customer-facing roles.
- Strong documentation skills.
