Role:
As an Operations Growth Specialist at Peerspace, you will be instrumental in supercharging our operations team’s efficiency and growth capabilities. This vital role focuses on developing and implementing robust central operations solutions that enhance scalability and operational speed across our platform, significantly impacting Peerspace’s market expansion and operational excellence. Success in this position requires deep operational experience, expert problem-solving & experimentation skills, and a strong analytical and growth hacker mentality with the technical ability to build. You thrive when you’re unblocking others by building solutions that enable our team to scale at a faster pace than before. Reporting directly to the Senior Operations Manager, you will work closely with the supply operations team and collaborate with other cross-functional stakeholders involved in our operations.
Responsibilities:
● Supply Growth: Actively assess and understand the operational challenges and opportunities within our supply funnel. Develop strategic solutions that support the growth and efficiency of our supply operations, ensuring alignment with our overarching goals. Focus on expanding our qualified supply leads, crucial for global scaling.
● Build: Utilize your technical skills to construct innovative internal tools and solutions that unblock and enhance the efficiency of the supply operations team. This role requires strong coding, scripting, and data analytics capabilities to develop robust operational tools and processes. Your entrepreneurial mindset will be key in pioneering these developments.
● Collaborate: Work closely with the supply operations team and engage with key cross-functional groups such as customer success, trust and safety, product, marketing, and data teams.
● Execute: Plan and implement operational test plans and initiatives to enhance our supply's success and quality. This includes the practical aspects of rolling out tests and new processes.
● Analyze: Develop analytical tables, charts, and dashboards to assess operational patterns, using insights to drive informed decisions. The analysis supports all strategic and operational improvements with data-driven insights.
● Experiment: Employ data-driven decision-making and strategic business judgment to conduct operational tests and spearhead product or feature enhancements. This involves testing and validating new ideas or improvements in a controlled environment. Embrace creativity and innovation when faced with ambiguity.
Requirements:
● Operational Expertise: Extensive background in growth-related roles within operations or sales operations, especially in fast-paced, high-growth startups, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar roles.
● Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL required. Expertise in scripting and coding is essential for developing and optimizing operational solutions.
● Systems Knowledge: Experience working with and implementing solutions with third-party tools like Salesforce, Zapier, Segment, and Zendesk is preferred.
● Leadership Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, driving projects to success in a dynamic environment.
● Customer Focus: Proven track record of enhancing customer experience through innovative operational strategies.
● Problem-Solving: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapid organizational changes. Must be adept at crafting solutions with minimal guidance and be enthusiastic about continuous improvement and learning.
Working At Peerspace
The annual salary range for this role is $80,000 to $110,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
