What You'll Do at Pega:• Engage with Sales, Business Officers, and Client Success to execute account renewal strategies, including saving any at-risk and late renewals.• Engage with Clients and internal/external technical teams to analyze usage data as needed.• Take initiative to remove friction from the buying process when assisting teams securing internal approvals and submitting offer packages to clients.• Research and report on renewals, churn, entitlements, and usage.• Ensure renewal data is accurately maintained in system of record.• Participate in cross-functional initiatives to create a more mature and effective Renewals & Usage Validation management system.• Support the continuous improvement of templates, playbooks, and workflow processes to improve license consumption measurement and our retention rates.Who You Are:You are just as happy picking up the phone to work with clients as you are diving deep into a trove of retention or usage telemetry data. You have a keen eye for detail when reviewing contract terms and can also step back to see the big picture to improve our strategy and processes for license consumption measurement and renewals processing. Familiar with the as-a-Service business model, you are keen to roll up your sleeves and contribute to a growing team within a growing organization. You have familiarity with SQL and have a strong willingness to develop new technical skills. Equal parts collaborator, problem-solver, and results-getter, you understand the importance of getting the right things done and doing things right.What You've Accomplished:• 2+ year previous experience in account management, software renewals, renewals data, and analyzing software usage is preferred.• Must thrive in an environment of measurable performance management.• Must have the ability to elicit action from others and build relationships both internally and externally.• Account planning experience and involvement in the alignment of sales, partner, legal, professional services, and client success around Renewal events.#J-18808-Ljbffr
