Services Partner Relationship Manager

To support the Professional Services team’s growth and transformation, we are looking for a Professional Service (PS) Partner Manager to manage and optimize relationships with professional services partners to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services. This role requires a candidate with a deep understanding of both the organization's offerings and the diverse needs of clients. You will collaborate closely with internal teams and external partners to drive excellence in service delivery, customer satisfaction, and overall project success. This role will also include using your experience in Professional Services to influence our direction and help guide our team and leaders through change. 

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on impacting customer outcomes through service delivery. The person must be motivated with a passion for process improvement and relationship building. The candidate will own key partner initiatives and must be able to plan and articulate activities required to meet the initiative goals.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Partner Relationship Management:
    • Develop and nurture strong, collaborative relationships with professional services partners to ensure alignment with organizational goals and client satisfaction.
    • Act as the main point of contact for partner communication, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
  • Project Oversight and Delivery:
    • Work closely with professional services partners to oversee project delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations.
    • Collaborate with internal project managers and teams to facilitate seamless communication and coordination.
  • Client Satisfaction and Feedback:
    • Monitor client satisfaction and feedback throughout the project lifecycle, addressing concerns and proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
    • Gather insights to enhance service offerings and contribute to ongoing relationship development.
  • Resource Allocation and Optimization:
    • Collaborate with partners to optimize resource allocation, ensuring the right skills and expertise are applied to each project.
    • Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and improvements in service delivery processes.
  • Financial Management:
    • Work closely with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payment for professional services partners.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, aligning with contractual terms and project milestones.
  • Partner Enablement and Training:
    • Develop and implement partner enablement and training plans to enhance partners' skills, capabilities, and understanding of the organization's products and services.
    • Collaborate with internal training teams to create customized programs that align with partner needs and organizational goals.
  • Performance Metrics and Reporting:
    • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of professional services partnerships.
    • Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and partners on project performance and areas for enhancement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, or a related field. Advanced certifications in project management are a plus.
  • 7-10 years of experience in professional services management, partner management, or related roles.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices in professional services delivery.

Compensation

Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of many compensation, benefits and other reward opportunities we provide.

The expected base salary range for this role in the following locations is: 

Remote - $100,000 - $125,000

San Francisco Bay Area, CA - $115,000 - $144,000

New York City, NY - $105,000 - $131,000

Colorado - $100,000 - $125,000

Individual pay rate decisions, including offers made within and over the expected salary range, are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company.
