Skills

Responsibilities

  • Answer customer questions through the support queue
  • Be the voice of the customer to the Product and Engineering organizations
  • Debug customer issues and create reproducible test cases for developers
  • Take ownership of pushing cases to resolution
  • Contribute to knowledge documentation
