Must successfully complete dealer training or have previous casino dealing experience. Must be able to successfully pass dealer assessment and audition. Must be fast and accurate in handling cash.LANGUAGE SKILLSMust be able to read, write, speak and understand English. Must have the ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; effectively communicate and present information and respond to questions from supervisors, managers, fellow employees and/or the general public.MATHEMATICAL SKILLSAbility to accurately calculate figures and amounts and perform mathematical functions applicable to business needs.REASONING ABILITYAbility to interpret and follow through on a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONSMust obtain licensing with the West Virginia Lottery and Racing Commissions every year of employment.OTHER QUALIFICATIONSMust be a minimum of 21 years of age. Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekend hours and overtime as business needs dictate. Speaks clearly and politely; responds well to questions; and, contributes to building a positive team spirit. Must have the ability to deal effectively and interact well with the customers and employees. Must be diplomatic and tactful.
