Part Time Exam Proctor

JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

Penn State Behrend's Office of Educational Equity and Diversity Programs is currently accepting applications for a part time exam proctor.

Primary duties include:

  • Proctoring exams one evening a week, preferably Tuesdays, 3-8pm
  • Maintaining confidentiality and security of all exams administered
  • Assist in the process of acquiring or returning exams to faculty
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills as well as sensitivity to diverse populations is a must
  • Ability to work independently and as a team-member

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Some college preferred. Minimum one year customer service-related experience such as education, retail or administrative support.

CAMPUS SECURITY CRIME STATISTICS:

Pursuant to the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act and the Pennsylvania Act of 1988, Penn State publishes a combined Annual Security and Annual Fire Safety Report (ASR). The ASR includes crime statistics and institutional policies concerning campus security, such as those concerning alcohol and drug use, crime prevention, the reporting of crimes, sexual assault, and other matters. The ASR is available for review here .
