About the Role

This role will partner with an executive leadership team to provide remarkable experiences for employees, while strengthening Workday’s position as a market leader.

You’ll apply Workday’s human capital management (HCM) product to advise business leaders of relevant trends of organizational health and performance. To be successful in this role, you will need to partner with specialized HR teams that lead talent management, leadership development, people analytics, and diversity & inclusion to scale talent solutions, while having fun along the way. This role reports directly to the Sr. Manager of Product and Technology (P&T) HRBP & OE team and joins a great set of peers.

The base pay range for the primary location of this job is listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
