Job Description:
The People Operations Manager will assist us in creating a supportive and engaging experience for our team members. This role will be an essential partner with our leadership and site team members.
You’ll have your hands in every part of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, coaching, performance management and development, diversity inclusion, employee engagement initiatives, offboarding, system support, and driving people-related analytics.
Essential Functions:

Build positive relationships among employees and leaders at all levels. Resolve employee concerns through compassion, a systematic approach, clear documentation, and timely follow-through.

Manage, investigate, and resolve employee complaints, grievances, and other workplace concerns in an efficient, manner, including collecting sufficient documentation to protect the company and communicating effectively with all interested parties. Track trends and escalate concerns as needed.

Manage Employee relations issues for onsite and Corporate team members including oversight of the Employee Disciplinary process, training, coaching, tracking, auditing, and following up as needed.

Analyze and share employee relations trends with Leadership and help develop proactive strategies, solutions, programs, and policies.

Manage separations and the employee exit process, including effectively off-boarding employees, conducting exit interviews and surveys, and developing useful data and feedback to share with the leadership team.

Serve as a point of contact to support employees regarding employee feedback, concerns and general people support.

Coach and support managers on performance, disciplinary actions, and workplace concerns.

Manage separations and the employee exit process, including effectively off-boarding employees, conducting exit interviews and surveys, and developing useful data and feedback to share with the leadership team.

Develop, improve, and facilitate internal training depending on company needs.

Proactively identify opportunities and assess improvements to the employee experience and partner with management to develop and implement innovative and lasting solutions.

Partner with members of the People Operations team to implement a comprehensive communications strategy to promote best practices throughout the organization.

Support with custom reporting and track metrics including retention, turnover, engagement, and other key statistics that can be leveraged for productivity, process, and system improvements.

Assist with onboarding and cross-training other team members.

Partner with the Director of People Operations on engagement and development initiatives including supporting the performance management process, training enhancements, and onboarding of new team members.

Support with the process and system enhancements and management including assisting with optimization of HRIS platforms such as ADP.

Partner and communicate effectively as needed with People Operations groups including Learning & Development and Talent Acquisitions.

Lead or contribute to ad hoc cross-functional People Operations-related projects and administrative duties.

Partner with the Director of People Operations to design, develop and execute a comprehensive total rewards and performance management strategy and programming that aligns with our culture ans business strategy and allows us to attract, retain and motivate top talent

Oversight of Workers Compensation program.

Partner with People Ops leadership on legal updates including assistance rolling out new policies and procedures as needed.

Own and/or assist with a variety of People and Culture projects and workflow process improvements.

Qualifications:
Education:
-
Bachelor’s degree required.
-
PHR, SPHR, or SHRM certification preferred.
Experience
-
5+ Years of Experience in Human Resources.

Previous experience with multi-state law preferred.
Computer Skills:
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
-
HRIS experience preferred.
Other:
- Strong organizational, time management, customer service, and project management skills.

Must be comfortable communicating across all levels and businesses.
