Your Mission
The People Technology Manager shares responsibility for the management and maintenance of our Recruiting systems, serving as the subject matter expert for our People Experience team. They have a strong partnership with our TA Operations team to provide and champion collaboration across the HR organization and business stakeholders, while also ensuring data integrity, security and operational perfection. Additionally, this role will partner with the HR functions including Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure high quality execution of HR programs and processes.
The People Technology Manager for Recruiting is a working manager role that will also manage and support a mixed team with FT employees and consultants that can ebb and flow depending on with work demands. The team will be responsible for initiative tracking in JIRA, business and technical requirements gathering, configuration, testing, implementation, and day-to-day tier 2 support. To include the analysis of data and configurations for process improvement opportunities. This is a cross-functional, technical role that requires superior internal employee service, stakeholder management, strong communication and presentation skills as well as the appropriate handling of highly confidential matters and materials.
HR Systems in use include Workday, Eightfold (CRM), Phenom People (career sites), Hackerank and Rooster.
The position will be based in Southern California with remote option available and report to the Director, People Technology. This role will be primarily focused on and require in depth experience in Workday Recruit. Experience and knowledge of CRM and career site management is also required. Specific experience and knowledge of Eightfold CRM and Phenom People (career sites) is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will collaborate with the People Experience PMO, Head of People Technology and business stakeholders to prioritize projects, develop business case/ proposals for new capabilities/enhancements through the Technology Governance process.
You will lead cyclical HR processes, deployment of new modules/functionalities, improvements, and expanded offerings in our HR Systems, from design through to training/rollout, for an international client population
Balance multiple complex systems & projects at a time, across functional areas and global locations
Build strong internal relationships with key HR, IT, and business leaders to define and understand strategic and tactical HR Technology requirements
Identify and recommend technical solutions to address opportunities to improve existing processes to further streamline and optimize operational effectiveness within Human Resources
Ensures local HR systems and processes are documented and aligned with HR strategies, policies, and governmental regulations.
Drives deepening and broadening of system knowledge for greater user adoption and experience.
Ability to quickly learn concepts and understand process configuration in a system
Player Profile
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (degree in Business or Human Resources field preferred)
7 years of previous HR Tech/HRIS experience
Experience with Workday Recruit, CRM and Career site platforms
Experience with full life cycle HR Technology related projects including requirements gathering, design, execution, testing and change management.
Principal Working Relationships: Effectively partner with HR Business Partners and specialist groups as well as employees, managers, payroll, IT, finance, and legal
Experience in a People Manager role managing a team of analysts
Strong PC skills such as PowerPoint and advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP’s, pivot tables, etc.) required.

In the U.S., the standard base pay range for this role is $97,200.00 - $179,900.00 Annual. This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location. In addition to a competitive base pay, employees in this role may be eligible for incentive compensation. Incentive compensation is not guaranteed.
