PeopleCert is looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who will be part of our Microsoft Business Applications Software Development Team.

The whole department consists of more than 70 people, who design and develop applications that support & manage our certification exams, conducted 24x7 worldwide. Our applications are web based, build on cloud (Azure), using various technologies including JavaScript, Redis, oAuth, .Net Core, SQL server etc, iOS & android native app development and video streaming.

As a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer, your tasks will include the following:

• Lead the implementation and optimization of Dynamics 365 CE, specifically focusing on the Sales module.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with Azure and Power Platform.
• Develop, customize, and enhance D365 CE solutions to meet business requirements.
• Provide training and guidance to team members on Dynamics 365 CE and related technologies.
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Maintain documentation and ensure best practices in development and deployment.
  

What we look for:

• Academic background in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
• Proven work experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement | Sales module;
• Proficiency in Azure services and Power Platform development; relevant certifications will be considered an asset;
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills;
• Excellent command of the English language (C2 level certification desired; LanguageCert C2 LTE or C2 IESOL certificate would be a plus);
• Strong skills for C# and JavaScript.

Working on Home Office (HO) Secure English Language Tests (SELTs)

Any person who is engaged by PeopleCert to work on the SELT service must undergo a Background Check (the results of which must be acceptable to PeopleCert and the HO) prior to commencing their SELT duties. All SELT personnel will be required to complete a declaration (provided by PeopleCert) where the existence of any criminal record and/or bankruptcy must be declared.

If working on the SELT service in the UK, background checks will include:

• A basic or enhanced Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check

• Right to Work in the UK check (including nationality, identity and place of residence)

• HO security check (Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) or Counter Terrorist Check (CTC)

• Financial background check

• Employment reference check

• If working on the SELT service anywhere in the world (outside of the UK) personnel will undergo background checks that are equivalent to those stated for the UK

In addition, if personnel are required to speak to SELT candidates they must be appropriately skilled in English language and, where SELT services are provided anywhere in the world (outside of the UK), the official language of the relevant country.
