Position: Principal Consultant. Join us to make a difference for our clients, team, and the community. Work with amazing consultants to drive value and growth while building your career and our company in line with our shared values.


You’ll work with the Partner in Portland to build and grow the practice in line with our values, strategy, brand identity, and goals. 


You will also serve as part of the leadership team of Pepper Foster Consulting, helping shape and execute our growth strategy.
