Data Analyst Engineer

Basic Qualifications:• Minimum of 8 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 6 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 3 years with PhD.• Knowledge of fundamentals of programming or web development.• Experience with data engineering, leveraging enterprise data platforms.• U.S. citizenship required.• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.Preferred Qualifications:• Active DoD Secret Clearance.• Experience with data science and machine learning.• Experience supporting DoD customers.• Active DoD Secret Clearance.Peraton currently is seeking an experienced Data Analyst Engineer to provide support to a Department of Defense organization.This is a part-time position ~20-24 hours a weekLocation: Remote. *This is a fully remote/telework opportunity.Roles and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:• Design, develop and maintain applications in Palantir Foundry using Python, PySpark, and Typescript• Develop workflows, data pipelines and integrations with Foundry tools and APIs• Import and sync to various data sources, clean data, and fix data quality issues of existing pipelines.• Develop and implement machine learning and NLP models for production utilizing existing data pipelines for deployment.• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and secure data handling.
