Resilinc’s Associate Vice President of Data Partnerships develop and lead our product, technical and data partnership strategy that aligns with our Product Roadmap and North Star vision. This is a key role that will work collaboratively, both internally and externally, to ensure Resilinc has the right partnership strategy and structure to deliver long-term value to our customers and the market. This role will report to our VP Product Management.
What You Will Do
Develop and Lead Data Partnership Strategy- Develop and lead our data partnership strategy; building the business case for decision on where we buy, build or partner to accelerate our data monetization strategy and key initiatives.
- Drive collaboration between the company’s product and engineering teams and external partners to enhance product capabilities, integrate third-party technologies, and accelerate innovation.
- Own the development of technical partnerships, ensuring they deliver business value through enhanced product offerings, seamless integrations, and new market opportunities.
- Identify and prioritize technical partnership opportunities that complement the product roadmap and deliver long-term value to the organization.
- Develop initiatives to acquire, integrate, and monetize external data. Ensure partnerships contribute to scalable and sustainable data-driven solutions.
Stay Up To Date on Emerging Technology and Trends- Maintain a deep understanding of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes that can inform the company’s product, build vs buy, and partnership strategies.
- Lead end-to-end technical partnership management, including evaluating, negotiating, and formalizing partnerships with technology vendors, platform providers, and solution integrators.
Build Internal and External Relationships- Build strong relationships with partner companies to co-develop product integrations, APIs, and joint solutions. Work closely with the Engineering and Product teams to ensure successful technical execution of partnerships, ensuring alignment with internal capabilities and technical constraints.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams to create joint go-to-market strategies for partner-integrated solutions, ensuring successful product launches.
Resource Development- Develop product marketing and sales enablement resources that highlight the value of technical partnerships, fostering greater adoption and customer engagement.
- Ensure all technical partnerships and product integrations meet federal, defense, and aerospace sector regulations, including FedRAMP, ITAR, DFARS, and CMMC.
- Oversee the development of product integrations with key defense contractors, technology vendors, and system integrators to deliver enhanced, secure, and compliant solutions for federal and defense markets.
What You Will Bring- 8 - 10 years of experience in product partnerships, technical alliances for a high-growth complex enterprise SaaS company required. Experience working for a private equity backed company preferred.
- Proven experience managing technical partnerships that have driven product innovation, platform integrations, and revenue growth
- Solid understanding of software development processes, APIs, and SaaS product lifecycles, with the ability to communicate effectively with engineering teams.
- Strong track record of building and maintaining successful relationships with technology partners, including negotiating and managing complex partnership agreements
- Strong technical aptitude with a deep understanding of SaaS products, cloud technologies, APIs, and software integration
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive results
