Join our team today.Percipient.ai is looking to hire multiple interns for our Software Engineering, Science, Product Management, and Design teams. Interns may be embedded within several teams: Front-End/ Back-End Engineering, QA, DevOps, Science (AI, ML, Computer Vision), Design, and Product Management. Interns will be mentored by a senior leader and function as part of the team to which they are matched. At percipient.ai, interns perform important work and contribute to our ongoing product offerings.Our internship program is focused on ensuring that interns gain valuable, real-world experience working in a tech company/startup, and obtain useful, applicable, skills and knowledge that will enhance their future.Responsibilities:• Contribute to various development projects and become familiar with the process of designing and building highly scalable systems.• Collaborate with teams and leaders throughout the company.• Work jointly with other team members to ensure requirements are documented and communicated.Requirements:• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Computer Science/Engineering or a similar program, with an academic record (GPA of at least 3.0 or better) indicative of intellectual curiosity and capacity.• Strong problem-solving skills and an aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment.• Inventiveness, curiosity, and a desire to learn. Effective communication and organizational skills.• Working knowledge of Linux operating system. Experience with object-oriented programming languages such as Python, C and/or Java.• Completed coursework in networking, algorithms, and data structures is highly desired.• Ability to be onsite in our Santa Clara, CA office at least 3 days a week.• Due to the nature of our work, candidates MUST be a US citizen.• Previous internship experience is a plus.$32 - $42 an hourOur salary ranges are determined by role and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
