Position Summary:

Perforce is searching for a Marketing Specialist for our Digital Creation business to join the team, and this role will report directly to the Director of Marketing. We are looking for an individual who is energetic, driven, well-organized and detail oriented. A key focus of this role will be to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns to reach our awareness and lead generation goals across multiple industries including game development, media and entertainment, automotive, medical and semiconductor. You will work with various members of the marketing department on a variety of projects and activities, including web personalization, digital marketing, product releases, email marketing, and more. 

• Work closely with management, to do execution and reporting on program/campaign development. 
• Work directly in the CRM, marketing automation, CRO, and other marketing tools.
• Coordinate with other internal functions at Perforce, such as sales and product marketing.
• Assist Marketing leadership with initiatives and projects, as needed.
• Support Field Marketers on coordination, setup, and promotion of partner, customer, and prospect events, including webinars, trade shows, user groups, etc.
• Other responsibilities and tasks will be defined by your manager.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or Journalism.
• Minimum 1-2 years work experience in an office environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, project management skills, and ability to work to a timeline.
• Ability to handle a variety of assignments simultaneously and demonstrate a sense of urgency, when required.
• Exhibit creative problem-solving skills and ability to identify next steps, with meticulous attention to detail and deadlines.
• Must exhibit a curious, positive, team-oriented, enthusiastic approach.
