Persona offers flexible building blocks that help businesses fight fraud, stay compliant, and build trust among their customers. For example, Coursera uses Persona to ensure the right person is earning each degree, DoorDash verifies couriers and anyone ordering alcohol, and Lime checks the ages of customers before they ride electric scooters or bikes. About the role
This is not your typical recruiting role. We’re searching for a generalist who can help us scale our most valuable asset: our people. You should be curious about how companies get built, and hungry to learn as quickly as possible! As part of a fast-growing startup, you’ll immediately impact our team. Your day-to-day will vary from optimizing our talent systems and cross-functional processes, partnering with hiring managers to build an exceptional candidate experience, and investigating ways that we can systematically source talent for hard-to-fill roles.
This is a full-time position based in our HQ in downtown San Francisco - currently in the office Tuesday-Thursday with Monday and Friday as office optional.
