phia is hiring an Organizational Development (OD) Specialist who can perform organizational assessments to promote and lead change management initiatives for our Federal customer. The role involves providing guidance and assistance to both employees and management during the change process, and ensuring that all changes are successfully implemented. The position offers hybrid flexibility within the DMV (DC/MD/VA) Metro area.
