Position Overview
PHIL is seeking an experienced Director of Engineering to lead, drive and grow our Growth & Engineering Operations team for our patient access platform. Reporting to the VP of Engineering, this role involves helping onboard new clients to our platform and also provide the first level of technical support. Provide technical and architectural feedback to improve the platform and also drive the Engineering Operations to monitor and be the first line of defense to technical issues and questions from the various stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Understand the PHIL platform capabilities, architecture and gaps end-to-end to create a playbook to launch new clients or programs in to the platform efficiently and also improve the process of the launch
Work with Solutions Architects to come up with an efficient ways to solve client customization request or program rule changes based on the understanding of the platform
Hire and build an exceptional team to lead this function. Also, mentor, grow and retain them to deliver consistent outcome for the function and the business
Understand, develop and implement a playbook to monitor the platform, handle bugs/escalations, and answer questions to not only unblock patients and clients but also help solve the gaps by triaging, prioritizing and working with the platform team
Client-focused – recognizes that meeting client needs and delivering successful outcomes is essential to keeping PHIL’s business and our mfr’s businesses thriving.
Able to adapt and plan around shifting priorities and requirements to set the expectations and communications to deliver the right outcome for the clients.
Maintains a strong focus on ensuring the quality and accountability of their team's work. This is crucial because poor execution on client requests or implementations can quickly lead to errors, which is the fastest way to erode client trust.
Takes deadlines very seriously - it helps PHIL build client trust and credibility by helping the team deliver on time.
Able to be client facing and support in meetings like QBRs or escalations
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field or equivalent experience
10+ years of progressive experience in this similar role, preferably within the health-tech sector, large enterprise applications
Deep knowledge of workflow engines or applications with high level of configurations and variations across clients
Experience working with clients and outcome driven to drive solutions for a positive outcome in dynamic environments
Experience handling Engineering Support & Operations with technical knowledge of the tools used, methodologies and processes followed
Hands on experience with building the system in the recent job or in the near past is preferred
Experience with managing large projects with multiple dependencies and stakeholders and also creative around identifying bottlenecks and road blocks

Position Overview
Phil is seeking a highly experienced Senior Product Manager to take ownership of our prescription fulfillment operations. In this role, you will be at the forefront of optimizing the prescription fulfillment process, ensuring that patients receive their medications efficiently while driving value for our clients. You will work closely with our pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and cross-functional teammates in Engineering and Design. This role requires someone who can lead strategically while also being hands-on in execution, translating high-level business goals into actionable product solutions.
Responsibilities
Define and drive the product strategy and roadmap for Phil’s prescription fulfillment processes and products, including pharmacy and partner operations.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as pharmacy teams, fulfillment partners, and client success teams, to identify and prioritize product requirements.
Expand platform capabilities to support new types of medications and enhance Phil’s overall service offerings.
Continuously iterate on product features and processes to improve operational efficiency and meet key performance metrics.
Participate in user research and process analysis to inform product improvements and future plans.
Set, track, and deliver on metrics-based goals to ensure operational success and deliver measurable outcomes for patients and clients.
Requirements
5-7 years of product management experience, with a strong track record in building and managing operational platforms or complex systems.
Strong track record and passion for driving operations platforms and managing complex systems
Ability to balance high-level business strategy with detailed product execution, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
Data-driven approach, using metrics and research to inform product decisions and continuously improve outcomes.
Technical fluency, with the ability to understand engineering trade-offs and collaborate effectively with technical teams.
