Why Join Phil

We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead our data initiatives. In this role, you will own data pipelines, data quality, and data security. As a critical part of our strategy, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and management of our data frameworks, helping patients get the medication they’ve been prescribed and delivering value to our clients. 

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Phil’s data infrastructure, including our data pipeline, ETL, data integrity, and data quality practices

• Identify requirements from internal stakeholders, including accounting, analytics, and externally facing data products. Then, work collaboratively to deliver their needs. 

• Develop and enforce data security and compliance approach, in accordance with HIPAA, CCPA, etc. 

• Execute the roadmap, in collaboration with dedicated engineering and also in working horizontally with PMs in other areas.

• Create, monitor, and deliver on metrics-based goals

Requirements

• A passion for helping patients and a get-it-done approach

• 7+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a software setting

• Strong track record and passion for driving data platforms, ideally in healthcare

• Ability to articulate business strategy and translate it into product deliverables

• Technical proficiency - ability to self serve and navigate the codebase 

• Specific technologies that are plusses: SQL, Mongo, Snowflake, Looker

• Relevant educational background (preferred)
