As an Industrial Psychologist focusing on business development, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational growth and success.
Leveraging your expertise in psychology and business, you will contribute to developing and implementing strategies to enhance employee performance, engagement, and overall organisational effectiveness.
1. Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
2. Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to identify factors impacting employee performance and well-being.
3. Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess organisational needs and develop tailored solutions.
5. Provide expert guidance and support on talent management initiatives, including recruitment, retention, and succession planning.
6. Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and best practices in industrial psychology and business development.
7. Partner with Human Resources teams to ensure alignment of business development initiatives with HR policies and practices.
8. Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organisational development and employee engagement matters.
9. Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to inform business development strategies and initiatives.
10. Mentor and coach junior team members to foster professional growth and development.
· B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Industrial-Organisational Psychology or related field.
· 5-10 years of industrial psychology experience, focusing on business development.
· Strong understanding of human resources principles and practices.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business development strategies.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
· Mature and seasoned individual with a strategic mindset and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.
