As a Strategic Business Development Manager at Phillips Corporations Federal Division, you’ll be at the forefront of shaping the future of federal services, subtractive and additive manufacturing while providing legendary customer service to our nations service members.

You will drive exponential growth by developing and executing cutting-edge business development strategies while leading high-performing teams to foster a culture of innovation and secure strategic partnerships through your expertise in market analysis and client relations. By leveraging data-driven insights, you’ll be able to power seamless execution of business initiatives throughout the federal government. As you represent Phillips Corporation as a thought leader and industry expert, your thorough understanding of Phillips Federal’s products, services, and value propositions will allow you to continue to drive strategic growth in multiple areas.

 Phillips offers a world-beating collaborative culture and competitive pay and benefits. In our 60+ year history, Phillips has grown from a handful of employees to over 700 supplying and supporting manufacturing technology in the United States and overseas. Compensation at Phillips is based on the market and your individual level of contribution. The expected pay range for a qualified person in this role is between $160,000.00 and $180,000.00 annually plus bonus opportunities.   • A proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategic, high level business plans in the government and defense sectors for at least five years or more.
  • Deep expertise in federal budget trends, market research, and competitive analysis.
  • Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
  • A passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
  • Ten years or more of high-level business development that regularly delivered multi-year, multimillion-dollar contracts focused on either providing technical services or the purchase of high-value capital equipment or software.
  • Ability to travel 80% of the time or more as needed for work.
