Architect

PhonePe is seeking an experienced Architect to design software solutions for complex financial business problems and features. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in distributed systems design and large-scale storage systems.

Skills

Strong software design and coding skills
Experience with distributed systems design
Proficiency in Java, C, or C++
Knowledge of object-oriented design and design patterns
Experience with Test-Driven Development

Responsibilities

Design software solutions for complex financial business problems and features
Translate high-level business problems into scalable design and code
Write performant, unit-tested code and develop object-oriented models
Create platforms and services in the product/team using strong background in distributed systems design
Develop product requirements and operational plans
Mentor junior engineers on software design and coding practices
Own the scalability and reliability of core systems

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred)
