Phosphorus Cybersecurity®, is searching for a Technical Account Manager, a remote position with travel to the corporate headquarters in Nashville, TN and to client sites as needed..
The Technical Account Manager (TAM) is the primary post sales contact for all technical matters within assigned accounts.
This role acts as a trusted advisor to our customers with the key responsibilities to:
Meet regularly with our customers to track and address ongoing issues, action items, feature requests, and improvements
Utilize a deep understanding of our customer’s environment
Assist with technical support and escalations, provide consistent updates and technical details to customers, and drive issues to closure by working with Phosphorus Support, Engineering, and Product Management
Act as a secondary point of contact point for other TAMs’ accounts as part of a cohesive and collaborative team culture.
What you do:
Manage Customer Journey for an assigned portfolio of Customers.
Define and execute Customer Success plans that drive both adoption and value.
Act as a trusted advisor for customers, communicating upcoming product changes, enhancements, and serving as an internal voice of the customer
Work with customer stakeholders, executive sponsors, and partners to drive business value and expansion.
Act as a technical authority on the Phosphorus platform, to understand the customer’s technical requirements and communicate complex, technical concepts.
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for enablement and value realization across multiple personas within the customer’s organization.
Follow defined hand-off procedures to Account Management when customer expansion opportunities are identified
Prevent issues before they arise with proactive planning, regularly scheduled technical reviews, and, at times, on-site visits
Proactively produce support communications for customers on recent security alerts, product releases, and new product information
Make use of cross-functional resources within Phosphorus (Professional Services, Product Management, Account Management, etc.) to address customers’ business and technical needs, such as: system health checks, product sizing, migration assistance, etc.
Manage and drive closure on customers’ open support cases, product bugs, enhancement requests, and action items.
For new support cases, understand issues and next steps and follow up to assure they are getting the attention they deserve
Stay current and advise customer on any new product versions, upgrades, etc. on the roadmap that may benefit the customer’s environment
