Job Purpose

The Photographer/Videographer position is responsible for capturing, creating, and editing photo and video content both independently and in coordination with the Public Relations and Creative teams. This position will be primarily handling video content in a variety of situations like events, podcasts, and more. Capturing and editing photos will also be a regular responsibility and proven experience in both photo and video is required. Regular travel to both domestic and international destinations is expected. This is a full-time position at Crumbl Headquarters in Lindon, Utah. This role will report to Crumbl's Head of Video.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Stay on top of and aware of trends in photo and video and visual identity to continually elevate the brand.
• Close and regular collaboration and communication with Public Relations and Creative teams.
• Work primarily in the Lindon, Utah HQ office, but regularly travel to handle video and photo projects on location in both domestic and international destinations.
• Maintain a highly organized file and project management system.
• Maintain and care for photo and video equipment, as well as provide recommendations for additional equipment and software needs.
• Own capturing photos and videos in a variety of formats and scenarios, including editing projects in multiple aspect ratios.
• Overseeing all stages of projects from pre-production to final delivery including communicating regularly with clients on statuses, review stages, and needed changes and pivots on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related experience or education.
• Strong ability to prioritize, multi-task, and stay organized
• Strong team player as you’ll be working closely with other members of various teams.
• Able to work in a fast-paced role with quick turnaround.
• Ability to pivot last second for quick company-wide changes which may require updated photo and video assets.
• Professional-level understanding of lighting, manual camera settings, composition, styling, and editing in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and other Adobe programs.
• Proficient in capturing and editing audio.
• Strong understanding of videography, including filming, lighting, directing, pre-production, and editing in Davinci Resolve, Final Cut, or Premiere Pro.Experience.
• Familiarity with apple operating systems.
• Strong attention to detail, especially regarding brand style standards and product presentation requirements.

Working Conditions

Work may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises. Ability and willing to carry equipment for whatever distance is necessary to completely cover the event. The work location will be based in Crumbl’s headquarters in Lindon, UT, but the ability to travel regularly to different locations (including international) is required.
