Position Summary:The business systems analyst elicits business requirements, interprets them in a meaningful way for all applications involved in the technology solution, and creates an integrated solution satisfying business requirements. This individual holds a central role during the SDLC process, is a conduit for meaningful information exchange between all stakeholders and is a key enabler of project success.Required Skills:7-10 years in IT; 5-7 years in a business/systems analysis role, solutions architect role or product owner roleSkillful in gathering and analyzing requirements impacting data-intensive applications/systems, and building solutions for fulfilling those requirementsCritical thinker with superior written and oral communication skills as well as meeting facilitation skillsBe able to write database queries and navigate database schemas in order to support analysis effortExperience in Agile methodologyExpert in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint and be able to articulate ideas and solutions leveraging these tools to broad set of audience, including developers, testers, management and business partnersExperience in developing process flowsDesired Skills:Prior experience with processes impacting client data and/or account data, preferably onboarding processes (client profiling, account opening, account maintenance, AML (Anti Money Laundering) and KYC (Know Your Client) processes)Demonstrate knowledge, with prior experience, of two or more of the following functional areas in a data domain:Identity matching and data survivorshipRisk identification and mitigationClient on-boarding and maintenanceData provisioningPrimary Skills:Business Analyst (Domain Experts)Location:Pennington, NJ
