Picker Packer
Shift/Hours: Sunday 9:00 AM – 6:30PM, Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM with potential overtime

Pay Rate: $15 /hour
Location: Alcoa, TN

Duties:

- Pack items into designated containers according to company standards and specifications
- Perform quality control checks to ensure accuracy and completeness of packed items
- Stock and organize packed items in designated storage areas
- Load and unload containers from trucks or other transportation vehicles
- Operate mechanical equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, to assist with loading and unloading
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in packing items
- Mechanical knowledge and experience operating equipment such as forklifts or pallet jacks is preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

Note: Prior experience as a packer or in a similar role is a plus, but not required. Training will be provided for the right candidate.
