Physician Sourcer (onsite)

The Physician Sourcer will manage physician and advanced practice professional specific job postings, review, and screen resumes, and coordinate initial interviews with physician recruiter. Must know how to utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events, to identify and engage potential physician candidates. Be the subject matter expert with ATS, CRM campaigns, sourcing resources, and new AI recruitment tools to develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified physicians for current and future hiring needs.PIH Health is a nonprofit, regional healthcare network that serves approximately 3 million residents in the Los Angeles County, Orange County and San Gabriel Valley region.
