COMMUNITY LEAD


Summary:

We are in search of a Community Lead who will be instrumental in expanding our community and content reach while bolstering brand awareness. This strategic role demands a hands-on approach to community engagement both online and offline, leveraging relationships with artists and content creators to foster a vibrant community.


Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive community and content growth through innovative online and offline events, and by cultivating relationships with artists and influencers.
  2. Ensure exceptional community support by managing community platforms, such as Discord and other social media channels, and actively gathering community feedback.
  3. Oversee the company’s social media strategy and manage all social media accounts to increase engagement and grow our online community presence.
  4. Collaborate with the Product Management and Design teams, incorporating community feedback to enhance user experience and content offerings.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in community management, content development, marketing, and project management.
  • Proficiency in leading social media strategies and managing multiple platforms to engage and grow audiences.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to foster positive relationships with community members and cross-functional teams.
  • An educational or professional background in the arts or a related field is highly desirable.
  • A proactive, creative individual with the ability to initiate and lead projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • This position is in-person.
