This includes tracking key financial data, analysis of business strategies and meticulous project management.Essential Functions• On a weekly and monthly basis, facilitate consolidation and review of Pilot Energy management reporting, including monthly business reviews, weekly business update memo, operational KPI status report, program updates, budget slides, townhall slides, board slides, and ad hoc requests, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout with extreme attention to detail• Implement the appropriate tools and measures to drive results within Pilot Energy, managing a regular reporting cadence• Provide regular analysis of business expenses charged to commercial and operational business units and facilitate adjustments, as needed• Analyze and prepare supplemental data summaries for inclusion in monthly, annual, and quarterly reporting packages• Identify and implement process improvement and efficiency opportunities on information reporting within the organization and build recommendations that better support business reporting requirements• Extract and deliver useful statistics and insight from business data in order to drive and support operational improvements and business strategies• Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose; ensure team members are supported at the highest level• Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures• Complete other duties as assignedQualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting• Masters’ Degree from business school preferredSpecialized Knowledge• Proficient in MS Office; intermediate-level PowerPoint and Excell skills strongly preferred• Strong and demonstrated comprehension of business concepts and tools (financial statements, budgeting, etc.)Competencies• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to succinctly communicate and tailor message to the audience• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, with a bias for action and drive to deliver results• Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product• Excellent problem solving and solution orientation• Excellent interpersonal skills with experience working closely with various levels of internal stakeholders• Ability to uphold standards of complete discretion and confidentiality as well as exercise good judgement and integrity in day-to-day decisions• A positive attitude, highly motivated and the ability to maintain a culture that is based on teamwork, respect, and integrityTravelTravel required less than 5%Physical Requirements & Working Conditions• General office work requiring sitting or standing for long periods of time• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds• Ability to work outside normal business hours to support business needs
