Staff Accountant

Pilot is a modern connectivity company based in New York City, delivering fiber-optic internet and network services with a focus on exceptional customer support. We are looking for a Staff Accountant who is detail-oriented and a team player.

Skills

Basic understanding of accounting principles
Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Strong communication skills
Detail-oriented

Responsibilities

Contribute to Accounts Receivable operations.
Perform timely data imports between billing and ERP systems.
Address customer inquiries in collaboration with the Customer Experience team.
Assist with month-end close processes.
Support financial audits by providing requested documentation.
Conduct cost analyses and assist with ad hoc accounting tasks.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
