Customer Success Manager

  • 3+ years in Customer Success/Account Management/Client Solutions at a high-growth startup
  • Strong presentation skills with attention to detail
  • Travel availability (~20% domestic)

Responsibilities

  • Own customer relationships for Tier 2 customers
  • Support in implementation and launching with Pinwheel
  • Expand NRR by growing usage and uncovering sales opportunities
  • Collaborate on Account Plans for key customers
  • Contribute to department process and documentation
  • Provide feedback to product team for customer alignment
  • Deliver proactive customer success services
