Responsibilities

Own customer relationships for Tier 2 customers
Support in implementation and launching with Pinwheel
Expand NRR by growing usage and uncovering sales opportunities
Collaborate on Account Plans for key customers
Contribute to department process and documentation
Provide feedback to product team for customer alignment
Deliver proactive customer success services
